  • 06 June, 2023

ESP/SGP: AEQ is back at Broadcast Asia in Singapore on Stand 6G2-14 to showcase their latest broadcast solutions. Broadcast Asia 2023 highlights include:

XPEAK
An intercom system that supports up to 28 user terminals: desktop, rack, wired beltpack, wireless beltpack, and PC applications, which can be connected to each other with the greatest operational flexibility and without the need for a matrix. Its wired user terminals have Bluetooth and USB connections.

The stationary terminals have 8 four-way lever keys, with two functions per lever, and individual level regulation on the key itself. The beltpacks have 4 keys.

The system is complemented by the XPEAK_IF interface, which provides analog, digital USB and AoIP AES67/Dante connectivity.

Ease of configuration, adaptability and tight price.

Now: XPEAK with automatic remote connection available

In addition, now the connection is simple even if the equipment is in different locations, simply by giving them access to the internet. Activating for a network of XPEAK terminals the option of remote connection, each terminal automatically communicates with a service installed in the cloud, which puts it in contact with the other terminals of the network, opening communication channels with them. This makes it easier to set up the coordination of remote productions.

TP 9000 intercom user panel with 4 way toggle keys
For Intercom systems Crossnet and Conexia up to 1000 ports. TP9116, intercom user terminals with 16 four-way lever keys, with two functions per lever, with individual level regulation in the key itself.

VENUS4, two channel, stereo IP audiocodecs with local analogue, digital and AoIP I/O
VENUS 4 and VENUS 4+, stationary double IP audiocodec with two versions, one with front control panel.  Analog inputs and outputs and AES/EBU digital I/O. Triple network port, dual RS232 data auxiliary link. Available versions with redundant power supply, 48 volt DC supplies and local audio inputs and outputs
by IP DANTE / AES67.

SMARTALK, a cloud-based audiocodec system with link generation
and forwarding to Venus 4 audiocodecs

This app complements Venus 4 and other AEQ audiocodecs, by allowing a simple connection between a sporadic or regular participant in a program, from their PC, tablet or smartphone, and the AEQ audiocodec designated in the studio, simply with a direct web-link, which the station sends. Audio is sent bi-directionally in high-quality, low-delay stereo format with OPUS encoding.
