Telstra Broadcast Services appoints Pierre Seban

UK: Telstra Broadcast Services (TBS) has named Pierre Seban as Head of Business Development for the EMEA region, responsible for expanding the company’s professional broadcast and media portfolio across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
Pierre will focus on strengthening relationships and developing new partnerships with international broadcasters, rights owners, channel partners and service providers. As part of Telstra’s ambitious growth plans for the broadcast market, he will also work closely with product, network, and engineering teams to bring the very best of Telstra’s innovative network connectivity and infrastructure solutions to customers across the EMEA region.

Pierre will draw on an impressive 25-year career in broadcast, sports, and telecoms, which includes a successful track record of working with tier one sports leagues, sports rights holders and global service providers, along with delivering major sporting events to audiences around the world.
A majority of Pierre’s career to date was spent with the European Broadcasting Union and Eurovision, holding a range of key accounts and sales manager roles. He also worked for Globecast and Orange France in various sales functions. He holds a degree from Montpellier Business School.
