The station is focused on promoting active citizenship, civic and moral education, Angolan cultural heritage and environmental protection. Rádio Escola is a daily radio station and its main objective is to provide information on the different activities carried out in the country. It dedicates part of its programming to promote Angolan music, as well as its performers and composers.
The new ONAIR studio is equipped with an AEQ Forum Split console with 16 faders, and an interview table with capacity for 7 microphones equipped with headphone regulators.
AEQ Forum IP Split is a mixer designed for ONAIR broadcast control. It incorporates all the basic features necessary in this type of environment: automatic monitor cut-off, cough cut-off, fader start, signaling control, control signals for the automation of external equipment, management of external communications, intercommunication, etc.
With a modular design and small size, it adapts perfectly to different scenarios: self-control, booth-control, television production controls, sound production, mixed configurations, integration in large installations, etc. Simplicity and control power are combined in the AEQ Forum IP console to cover both the most basic operating needs and the advanced ones. The AEQ Forum IP Split version comes with the FR Core modular engine in 3 rack units. It can be made up of up to 6 quadruple fader modules and a control and monitoring unit.
They can be equipped with AoIP multi-channel input and output cards compatible with the AES67 protocol through DANTE™ technology. Through this connectivity, signals can be collected and delivered to other consoles, routers, and other input and output terminal equipment from more than 300 different manufacturers. Connectivity can also be chosen to be MADI, and it can be equipped with up to two internal digital telephone hybrids.
The integration of the project has been carried out by Device Audiovisual, AEQ's partner in Luanda and a leading company with more than 25 years of experience in the integration of radio and television systems.
