pixitmedia enters into exclusive negotiations with Kalray

UK: arcapix Holdings Ltd, the parent company of pixitmedia and arcastream, have announced entering into exclusive negotiation for the purposes of acquisition by Kalray, a leading provider in the new generation of processor for intelligent data processing from Cloud to Edge.
