Ignacio Alonso at the helm of AEQ as new CEO

ESP/USA: AEQ has appointed Ignacio Alonso Montull as its Chief Executive Officer.
Ignacio Alonso has more than 25 years of experience in the Electronics and Telecommunications industry with involvement in different facets - research and development, manufacturing, marketing, entrepreneurship and management.
"The appointment of Ignacio is an important step for the growth of AEQ. After years of important advances at organizational and product levels,
it is reassuring to initiate another period of the Company through a person
with Ignacio's profile and experience. With his entry we hope to advance in covering new challenges in audio and professional communications, making the possibilities offered by new technologies to facilitate maintenance, flexibility of resources and remote production available to our customers,” says Miguel Sancho, President of the Board of Directors.
Ignacio Alonso commented: “It is an honour and a challenge for me to be at the head of a company with

Ignacio Alonso takes charge of a market-leading organization, based on a powerful R&D&I team that
offers its products and services to blue-chip clients in more than 90 countries around the world.
Since its foundation in 1979, AEQ has been a leading manufacturer, prominently positioned in the
field of audio and communications equipment for broadcasting including major sporting events.
With the absorption of Kroma Telecom in 2014, AEQ increased its development capacity for
intercom solutions for television and AV production.
AEQ is headquartered at the Leganés Technological Park in Madrid, Spain, with offices in the United States, Mexico, Portugal and India.
