USA: EditShare®, the technology leader that enables storytellers to create and manage collaborative media workflows, is exhibiting at the NAB New York Show (exhibition 19 - 20 October, Javits Center, booth 943).

The NAB New York presence will include demonstrations of the key storage and content management technologies from EditShare, including FLOW media management, EFS media storage solutions and FLEX cloud workflows. Featured will be Universal Projects, the unique environment from EditShare which provides completely agnostic support for edit software including Media Composer, Adobe® Premiere® Pro and DaVinci Resolve.

“The fall NAB event in New York is more relaxed than NAB in Las Vegas or IBC in Amsterdam,” commented Said Bacho, Chief Revenue Officer at EditShare. “It is a great opportunity to spend quality time with the industry on the East Coast, allowing us to really talk through today’s workflows and show how we can solve the real-world issues for post and broadcast.”

NAB New York also provides an ideal opportunity to announce two new US-based regional sales managers. Randy Dickerson joined in August and has sales, account and channel management responsibility across the Midwest US and Central & Eastern Canada. He is already very well established in the market, joining from Avid and with previous sales experience at VizRT and ChyronHego.

Don Riegle joined EditShare in September with the same core responsibilities to grow EditShare’s business across the US Southeast region. Riegle joins from Newtek, and has also led sales at Birddog, Instant Image and Cineform.

“I am very pleased to welcome Randy and Don to the EditShare family,” Bacho said. “Our Americas sales leader, Mike Wright, has been busy building a strong team with in-depth storage and media workflows experience. We’ll also be making further US-based appointments on the sales and service fronts in the next few weeks thus boosting furthermore our field capabilities to support our channel partners and end users in the US.”

Now that in-person events are more feasible, EditShare has started reinvigorating its extensive Channel Partner Program. Next month, the company will welcome many of its Americas’ channel partners to an in-person channel partner training event in Boston.

“Our partners are fundamental to our business and these events provide the opportunity to not only share deep product knowledge and expertise but also help to ensure our technology is tailored to real requirements, especially in this new era of remote working and cloud editing,” added Bacho.
