GBR: Adder Technology has unveiled its Elite Service, a new addition to its Professional Services portfolio. 
The new service provides worldwide customers with mission-critical KVM, 24/7 access to Adder’s highly-skilled technical engineers, along with an advanced hardware replacement scheme, and guaranteed 4-hour call back time.
The Elite Service complements Adder’s existing Professional Services range which already comprises enhanced product warranties, training programmes, commissioning and implementation support and pre-sales consultancy. The service backs Adder’s high-quality hardware and software solutions with a tailored support service designed to meet customers’ individual needs.
